Our single axle heavy duty trailers are also equipped with a heavy duty drawbar that extends right back to the spring hangers for extra support and a spare wheel bracket. Each trailer is sealed with Sikaflex both inside and outside to prevent any rust or corrosion caused by water sitting between the floor and side panels. I like the full length steps and will use them for putting in a small box for a jerry can or box for ropes etc. Our off road camper trailers comes standard with 500 mm high sides, a 50 x 50 SHS box chassis, and 6 leaf springs as well as full side steps. We also use a solid 45 mm square axle, slim line bearings, and a 100 x 50 RHS drawbar extended right back to the spring hangers with a centre beam for increased durability.
